Job Description

RANR, a leading sales and development firm, is seeking a Client Services Representative to support Frontier's Internet and TV services in Venice. With the powerful merger between Verizon and Frontier fueling innovation, this Client Services Representative role offers the chance to be part of a sales team delivering next‑generation connectivity solutions to our clients. As a Client Services Representative, you will be the sales advisor clients trust to help them upgrade their internet and entertainment. The Client Services Representative will then explain how Frontier's fiber internet handles everything from work to movie night, and how adding Frontier TV gives them diverse channels, unlimited DVR, and the ability to watch anywhere. Core Functions of the Client Services Representative Interact with clients in person to discuss how Frontier's internet and TV services, now backed by Verizon's network, can meet their everyday needs. Guide clients through Frontier's internet or TV options, emphasizing the expanded coverage and reliability resulting from the merger. Showcase the advantages of Frontier's fiber-optic internet and TV bundles, such as increased speed and stability from the Verizon integration. Address client questions about Frontier services, including the impact of the Verizon merger, with transparency and confidence. Promote Frontier's bundled packages, like internet + TV, to provide clients with cost-effective, high-performance solutions. Follow up with clients to ensure they're maximizing the benefits of Frontier's post-merger services and to identify sales opportunities. Preferred Skills of the Client Services Representative Clear communication to drive sales by explaining Frontier's internet and TV services. Patience when guiding clients through the process while maintaining a sales focus. Confidence in presenting Frontier as a trusted provider, reinforced by Verizon's network.
