Job Summary We are seeking Call Center Support Specialists for a temporary election-cycle assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Call Center Support Specialist, you will support voter services by assisting callers with questions, researching records, documenting interactions, and following established procedures. - Answer a high volume of inbound calls from voters and members of the public.
- Provide courteous, accurate, and professional customer service by phone.
- Research voter records and provide information according to established procedures.
- Enter data accurately and document caller interactions in required systems.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive voter information.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, web-based applications, and other computer systems to complete daily tasks. Compensation and Benefits

Evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays may be required based on operational needs. Required Qualifications and Skills- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information in a high-volume call center environment.
- Research voter records and document caller interactions with accuracy.
- Perform data entry and use Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and other computer systems.
- Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
- Must be available for the full assignment through November 9, 2026, without planned interruptions in availability.
- Must be available for extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, web-based applications, and data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and punctuality.
- Comfortable handling confidential information in a professional office setting.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a business casual office environment.
- Must successfully complete required background screening and drug screening before beginning the assignment. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center or public-facing customer service environment.
- Experience handling confidential records or sensitive information.
- Familiarity with voter services, elections support, public service, or community-focused administrative work.
- Experience using multiple computer systems while speaking with customers by phone.
