$15.00 per hour, plus commission and bonuses Job type: Part-time, up to 35 hours per week About us Poorboy's Pole Barns is a family-owned, licensed and insured builder of agricultural pole barns across Florida. We're looking for a motivated, personable person to join our team in our Ocala office. What you'll do Answer incoming phone calls, texts, Facebook messages and emails Work with customers to understand what they're looking for Prepare quotes and help turn incoming leads into sales Follow up with leads through our CRM Call existing customers, past customers and open leads to generate additional sales Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process No cold calling. You'll be working with incoming leads, existing and past customers, and leads already in our system. What we're looking for Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with customers Strong communication and follow-through Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once Sales experience is a plus Construction experience is helpful but not required Training We'll train you on our products, our quoting and our sales process.
