Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Assistant to support our Orlando operations. This role involves assisting clients, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and operations Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill client needs Track and document client interactions and feedback Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Requirements:

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or client-facing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
