Our Customer Service Representative will work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and quality teams. This position is responsible for working with customers, entering purchase orders, and managing schedules. We are looking for a team-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, database, Excel, and data-entry skills required.

Requirements include:

Positive, enthusiastic disposition, Excellent communication skills (phone, email), Strong data entry skills, parts recognition (get to know products), and strong attention to detail. Experience with purchase orders or manufacturing business a plus.
