Position Overview:

We're looking for experienced , hard-working , well-organized, and highly motivated, solutions-oriented people with excellent written and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative . Must have some knowledge of e-Bay Live or other streaming platforms. Serious inquiries only. Computer savvy and able to maintain var.ious spreadsheets, internal trackers and reports using Excel, Word, Teams, etc. Written communication via email and chat are the primary ways we handle customer service concerns Track and respond to customer concerns via email, phone, chat, and eBay Live platform Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment. Contribute ideas on improving the customers' experience. Weekend work required ; Saturday through Wednesday schedule (full-time, 40 hours/week).

Required Skills:

Work Experience:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment. Able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ability to provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Critical thinking capability is required.

Research Ability :

Be able to research and track transactions to determine where error might have occurred.

Written & Interpersonal Communication:

Excellent written, grammar, and spelling skills are a high priority. Good listening and interpersonal skills that translate as professional, courteous, and respectful communication. Computer knowledge/

Technical Skills :

Must be able to type/keyboard at minimum of 60+ words per minute. Ability to navigate systems, email, and platforms using Excel, Word, Teams, eBay Live, etc., to track and respond to customer needs.

Time Management :

Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks competently and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Problem-Solving:

Aptitude for identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner by handling high volume customer inquiries, concerns, and issues across various company sectors (e.g., collectibles including coins, comics, sports cards, etc.) Attention to

Physical Requirements:

• The work environment is a standard office setting with typical office equipment. This role involves professional collaboration with customers, vendors, and employees.

• Responsibilities may involve extended periods of sitting, occasional walking between departments and periodic standing, reaching, stooping, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.

$35,000

•$38,000 full-time salaried position

Probationary Period:

30-day probationary period Work location: In person only in Panama City Beach, FL (no remote work)

Schedule:

5 days from Saturday

•Wednesday, 8am

•4pm (off Thursdays and Fridays)
