Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Generalist Sales/Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting various operational functions to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicative, and skilled in both sales and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including follow-ups and closing sales. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using company systems. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and service goals. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. Support administrative tasks related to sales and customer service as needed. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable using technology and sales software. Self-motivated and goal driven. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Bilingual Experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries. Familiarity with CRM systems.
