Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

Save the Moment, a local leader in the Awards and Sign industry, located in Plant City, Florida, is seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role will have a friendly personality and provide outstanding customer service to each customer. Our employees perform at a high level as they work as a team to build and establish customer relationships and service the customer's exact needs. A successful Customer Service Representative should be highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented, hardworking, maintain a positive attitude, exude confidence, and continuously improve through feedback from the management team.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon entering our showroom
• Review and respond to emails daily
• Enter invoices daily
• Update and maintain accurate records, information, and files in company database
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Dictate and present information and ideas in written and verbal format to customers in person or via telephone, email, social media, etc.
• Process customer payments
• Demonstrate proper interaction with customers, coworkers, and vendors
• Dust the showroom shelves and replace any moved items
• Maintain the showroom and customer lounge clean and inviting
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bilingual a plus - English and Spanish
• Exceptional customer service
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
• QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
• Background and/or experience in Inside/Outside sales in promotional products, advertising, & apparel industries is very helpful but not required The Customer Service Representative will work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Compensation will be hourly wage based on experience. We are a drug free/non-smoking workplace.
