Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our busy HVAC office. Seeking someone with experience working for a busy service contractor preferably HVAC or similar contractor (Plumbing, Electric, Restoration, etc.) in a fast paced office environment.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

ability to multi-task phone support for customer sales & service inquiries support field technicians directing and assisting them with info they will need in the field on a job site explain, close and schedule inbound phone sales inquiries for HVAC and Duct Cleaning services provide exceptional customer service and empathy to customer concerns Microsoft Word and Excel proficient prepare written proposals, permitting documents, emails, replies to clients, etc. accurately update detailed notes and scheduling through our CRM (we will train you on our CRM, Service Fusion; similar to other contractor software)
