Customer Service Representative

We are a breast pump company looking for a full time customer service specialist to assist our moms with their breast pump.

Requirements:

Provide outstanding customer service to our customers. Manage daily call reports Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas Identify, research, and resolve customer issues as well as understand how to troubleshoot our breast pumps. Be a team player and work in a team environment This is a full time position in the office Exceptional customer service skills Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Bilingual a plus Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
