Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Eternity Heating & Cooling is a growing HVAC company looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to help support our office operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities and being an important part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations Dispatch technicians and help coordinate daily schedules Follow up with customers after service visits and estimates Schedule maintenance plan visits and assist with maintenance agreement renewals Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, scheduling, and customer follow-ups Utilize Housecall Pro to manage scheduling, customer accounts, and job tracking Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure a smooth experience Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly and professional phone presence Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office experience preferred HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus, but not required Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus
