Mochiatsu Donuts is looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast-paced food-service environment. We serve fresh mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, boba teas, and specialty drinks , and we're looking for people who take pride in providing great food and excellent customer service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year of restaurant, fast-food, café, or food-service experience Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations Strong customer-service skills Friendly, positive, and welcoming personality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Comfortable using or learning a POS/register system Experience taking customer orders and handling payments is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, fry, decorate, and package mochi donuts Prepare Korean corn dogs and other food items Prepare boba teas and specialty beverages Take customer orders and operate the Clover POS/register Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Recommend products and help increase sales through friendly upselling Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, dining areas, and kitchen areas Prep ingredients, restock supplies, and maintain organized workstations Follow food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures Work together as a team to keep the store running efficiently
