Job Description

BDC Service Representative We are a leading automotive dealership committed to providing an exceptional car-buying and service experience. Job Summary We're looking for a friendly and organized BDC Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service department - helping customers book appointments, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls and make follow-up calls. Respond to internet service lead requests. Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle service. Follow-up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Work closely with service advisors to pass along important customer details. Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Basic understanding of vehicle service is helpful. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Familiar with computers and CRM software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
