We're a leader in Automotive Diesel & Gas Aftermarket Parts, and we need a friendly, motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This position supports the Sales team in resolving advanced customer service issues. A working knowledge of automotive parts and an ability to type with speed and accuracy are necessary to be successful in this position. Our environment is very fast paced due to the growth we are experiencing. This position is in an open call center style of office environment.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Voice of Dale's Super Store
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customers with updates and solutions.
• Solve Problems with Precision
• Research and relay accurate information about customer orders.
• Ensure Order Accuracy
• Verify and confirm details to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate Across Departments
• Work closely with different teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
