Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Allcom Insurance, you will be responsible for handling various tasks that are critical to maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Send Certificates:
Prepare and send insurance certificates to clients and other relevant parties promptly and accurately.
Monthly Payment Collection:
Contact clients to collect monthly insurance payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Handle Notices:
Call clients regarding pending and cancellation notices, providing assistance and guidance to resolve issues.
Binding Requirements:
Follow up on binding requirements to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for policy activation.
Endorsement Requests:
Send requests to carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs) for endorsements on active policies, ensuring all changes are correctly processed.
Qualifications:
4-40 license is required for this role Bilingual with Spanish is required for this role Previous experience in an insurance representative role is highly desirable Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) Why Join Allcom Insurance?
