Full-time/Hourly/Non-Exempt Reports to: Office Manager Job description: We are a growing towing and parking enforcement company seeking a diligent and professional Release Agent to join our team in the Tampa, W. Hills, St Pete areas. The Release Agent serves as a key point of contact for customers retrieving impounded vehicles or property. This role is responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service, ensuring all release procedures are followed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The Release Agent manages payment processing, verifies documentation, and maintains detailed records of all transactions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers at the window with professionalism and courtesy Answer incoming calls regarding impound releases and towing laws Perform vehicle releases and cashier duties, handling challenging customers as needed Receive and process cash and credit card payments Complete impoundment paperwork and ensure legal compliance Record customer information in our database Perform general administrative and clerical tasks Performs other related duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in data entry or customer service preferred but not required. Ability to handle stressful situations or emergencies Strong organizational and time-management skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Indoor and outdoor work as neededBenefits:
