Seeking a Administrative & Customer Service Specialist to support the daily operations of our community association management office. This a hands-on office position for someone who is comfortable spending the majority of the workday working on a computer, answering phones, assisting customers, processing information, and completing administrative tasks. Answering incoming telephone calls Assisting homeowners, board members, vendors, and other callers with routine questions Routing calls and issues requiring management attention Responding to routine emails and correspondence Entering and updating information in DCAM360 Processing association administrative workflows Maintaining homeowner and association records Processing documents, correspondence, notices, and mailings Scanning, uploading, filing, and retrieving documents Tracking open items an required follow-up Assisting with violation and architectural review administrative processing Assisting with meeting preparation and association communications Performing general office and administrative support duties Learning additional responsibilities as experience and proficiency increase

Days & Hours:
Full Time position; Monday through Friday; 1st shift (9:00am to 6:00pm); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$20 to $22 per hour; depends on experience. Benefits are offered. Drug Free Workplace
