Entry-Level Verizon Representative Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

Represent Verizon services through professional, face-to-face customer interactions and engage with residential customers to understand their current internet, TV, and connectivity needs

Product Knowledge & Value Demonstration:

Learn Verizon's fiber internet, TV services, connectivity options, and available packages, and explain internet speeds, reliability, bandwidth, and other product features in simple, easy-to-understand terms As an Entry-Level Verizon Representative, you will clearly explain available pricing, promotions, package details, and service terms Guide customers through the enrollment process and help coordinate the next steps for installation and service activation Follow up with interested customers and provide additional information when needed Work toward individual and Entry-Level Verizon Representatives team sales goals while maintaining a strong customer-first approach Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up opportunities Work with leadership to strengthen communication, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills

Entry-Level Verizon Representative Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required for the Entry-Level Verizon Representative position An associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus Experience or background in a similar customer-facing role is preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply!
