Shifts range between 9:30 PM and 6:30

What You Need:

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to manage multiple calls with professionalism and accuracy Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation Must pass background check and drug screening Must work on-site daily (not a remote role)
