Celebrating consecutive years of profitable growth since 1985, Massey Services, and its subsidiary organizations employ over 2,800 team members and operate over 2,400 vehicles that provide Residential and Commercial Pest Prevention, Termite Protection, Landscape and Irrigation Services to over 800,000 customers from 190+ Service Centers throughout Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Oklahoma. This role supports our Multi-Family Division and is centered on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and communicating with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Working with the Multi-Family Team to assist in administrative duties, communicating with customers to gather information and assist Division Office Manager with centralized sales input.
- Engaging with potential new customers to ensure a welcoming experience Additional duties involve active collaboration with the Multi-Family team, including:
- Making outbound calls to verify billing and support collection initiatives
- Conducting quality assurance calls to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilizing our CRM system to assist administrative operations Expanding responsibilities may include:
- Generating reports and maintaining accurate customer account records

- High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Previous experience with customer service on the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer, typing, Word and Excel required
- Time management talent and a sense of urgency
