Customer Service Advisor Pay:

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. What You'll Do:

Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone. Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. Perform routine vehicle inspections Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
