Moving Sales & Customer Service Specialist Best Deal Movers & Storage Full-Time | In-Person $17.00-$20.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonus Best Deal Movers & Storage is seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our office team. Please read the qualifications carefully before applying. This is a fast-paced, phone-intensive position that combines inside sales, customer service, estimating, lead follow-up, and booking moves . This is not an entry-level receptionist or general office position. The ideal candidate has previous experience in phone-based sales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar position and is comfortable speaking with customers, following up persistently, preparing estimates, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls Respond promptly to new leads and customer inquiries Gather detailed information to prepare accurate moving estimates Explain services, pricing, and options clearly and confidently Follow up consistently with customers who have received estimates Convert qualified leads and estimates into booked moves Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and text Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activities, estimates, and customer information in our CRM Manage multiple leads and customers at different stages of the sales process Coordinate with dispatch and operations regarding scheduled moves Assist existing customers with questions and concerns Complete related administrative and scheduling responsibilities

REQUIRED

Qualifications Applicants should meet the following qualifications: Previous customer service, inside sales, phone sales, or call-center experience Strong and confident telephone communication skills Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls Ability to ask for the customer's business and close sales Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Professional written and verbal communication Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Comfortable being held accountable for follow-up, sales activity, and results Moving industry, home-service sales, estimating, or CRM experience is strongly preferred. Schedule Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Rotating Saturdays:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM, typically once or twice per month
