Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative Location:

Pay:

$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience Our well established insurance agency is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our Blue Ridge office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, takes pride in the details, and wants room to grow with an agency. What you'll do Answer calls and help clients with questions about their policies Process policy changes and keep client records accurate Assist with renewals and follow up with clients as needed Help clients understand billing, payments, and account notices Work with agents and insurance carriers to resolve service requests What we're looking for An active Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license Insurance agency customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow through Comfort working with clients by phone, email, and in person A dependable team member interested in growing professionally This is an in-office position in Blue Ridge, Georgia , with a 40-hour workweek.
