  • Excellent benefit package All Coastal Health District, County Health Department employees are deemed essential employees in the event of an emergency.
As such, you may be called on to participate in an event not limited to but including, staffing a shelter, a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or Point of Dispensing site (POD). When you are called on to participate, you are expected and it will be a part of your job requirement to participate, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours. Answering the main line and greeting guests Receiving Fed Ex/UPS packages Receiving US Mail and putting up mail for staff District Vehicle management Manage and respond to staff from vehicle email account for Brunswick & Savannah district staff Schedule vehicle reservations for district staff Prepare, check in/check out notebooks for vehicle reservations Record and maintain receipts for vehicles and submit to Accounting Manage maintenance spreadsheet for vehicles Maintain vehicle policy spreadsheet on employees Manage supplies for kitchen and maintain list of supplies to order Assist Emergency Preparedness Program Minutes for Region J meetings Maintain CPR/Stop the Bleed/NIMS spreadsheet for staff Assist with meeting minutes at Quarterly Meetings Serve as backup for mail courier in their absence Assist with uniform orders and managing uniform inventory High school diploma or GED AND Six months of full-time work experience providing customer support or technical assistance. Preferred Qualifications
  • Good customer service skills is a must.
  • Must be able to be a team player.
  • Previous experience in a business office setting
