You'll be the face of the shop — greeting customers, helping them find the perfect arrangement, and keeping things running smoothly on the floor. If you love flowers, people, and a welcoming retail environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in selecting arrangements, bouquets, and floral gifts for all occasions
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist callers with orders and inquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
• Assist with arrangement prep, wrapping, and order fulfillment as needed
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shop floor
• Handle custom orders and relay details accurately to the design team
• Build genuine relationships with repeat customers What We're Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Proficient with computers — comfortable using email, POS systems, and basic office tools
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle a multi-line phone system
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (floral experience a plus, not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods
• Available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM What We Offer
