Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service / Collections Representative to support a short-term Accounts Receivable project. This position will primarily focus on high-volume outbound customer calls and collections clean-up, while maintaining accurate account information and tracking activity in Excel.
Location:
Dunwoody, GA Pay:
$23-$25/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, 100% onsite
Duration:
Approximately 3 months
Education:
Associate's degree required The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, is comfortable making a large volume of outgoing calls each day, and is organized and detail-oriented. Previous accounts receivable, collections, or SAP experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances and account-related matters Provide professional and courteous customer service while assisting with account questions and payment follow-up Support the Accounts Receivable team with collections and account clean-up efforts Document customer conversations, payment updates, and follow-up activity Maintain and update information in Excel tracking spreadsheets Research basic account discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary Follow up consistently with customers to obtain updates and help resolve outstanding items Work closely with the internal A/R team to ensure accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Associate's degree required Previous customer service experience required Strong verbal communication skills and confidence making a high volume of outbound calls Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work onsite five days per week from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Accounts Receivable, collections, and/or SAP experience is preferred but not required Ability to commit to the full three-month temporary assignment

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
