This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is verified, shipments are coordinated, and customers receive exceptional support throughout the order lifecycle. What You'll Do:

+ Process and enter customer orders with a high degree of accuracy

+ Review purchase orders and verify quantities, pricing, serial numbers, and product information

+ Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

+ Provide customers with order status updates, shipment tracking information, and inventory availability

+ Assist with freight claims and resolve shipment discrepancies

+ Monitor and maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records

+ Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone and email

+ Support the overall customer experience by proactively identifying and resolving order-related issues

+ Identify and resolve order-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements What You Bring:

+ 1-3 years of experience in order entry and processing, customer support, logistics coordination, sales support, supply chain support, operations support, account management, or other relevant work experience required

+ Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

+ Experience processing customer orders in an ERP system

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

+ Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

+ SAP experience

+ Experience working with inventory, shipping, freight, or distribution environments
