  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, and a passion for restaurant sales. Bilingual abilities are welcomed to assist diverse customer needs. The position offers an opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision and attention to detail Assist customers with order inquiries, product summary, and upselling items when appropriate Maintain merchandising standards by stocking fridge, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Support in helping team members during shifts if applicable Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations Experienced in driving revenue through customer-focused retail sales, visual merchandising, and efficient inventory management Fast-paced experience is a plus for efficient and satisfying customers Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for both in-person and phone-call interactions Ability to upsell products tactfully to increase sales revenue
