Keeps records of customer communications and transactions.

Job Description
- Please do NOT call or walk into the shop regarding this position.
- Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
- Communicate recommended repairs with honesty and confidence.
- Coordinate repairs with our technicians.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair.
- Build relationships that keep customers coming back year after year. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience writing repair orders and estimates.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Toyota, Lexus, Asian import, or dealership experience is a plus. What You'll Get Compensation
- $80,000-$120,000+ annual earning potential.
- Draw plus partial commission during your first 90 days.
- Transition to a 100% commission pay plan after your introductory period.
- Biweekly pay.
