Customer Engagement:

Participate in our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the medical device industry.Order Processing:
Facilitate order processing, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Problem Solving:
Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.Data Management:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is a plus but not required.Experience:
No prior customer service experience is necessary. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.Communication Skills:
