Service Advisor

Full Time Service Advisor Murray Ford of Kingsland, GA is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. If you would like to join our high-performing team and to support a fast-paced, high-volume operation we encourage you to apply.

Job Duties:

Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Listen to concerns, explain needed services, and provide accurate estimates Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow in our state-of-the-art facility Keep customers updated and ensure a smooth, positive experience from drop-off to pick-up

Requirements:

Previous Service Advisor experience required (Quick Lane / Ford experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-first attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with CDK is a plus Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate clearly with customers and service technicians Maintain a high-energy, professional attitude throughout the workday Exceptional customer service and listening skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
