The Customer Service Lead is responsible for leading the Customer Service team and helping ensure every guest receives a friendly, efficient, and memorable experience. The Lead is a hands-on team leader who works alongside the Customer Service team, provides direction and support throughout the shift, and serves as a key communication link between the team and the Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead and support the Customer Service team during operating hours. Assign team members to positions and responsibilities as directed by management. Set expectations for professionalism, appearance, communication, and guest service. Provide coaching and real-time feedback throughout the shift. Help train new Customer Service team members. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and team performance. Recognize strong performance and communicate performance concerns to the Assistant Manager. Help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment. Guest Experience Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Answer questions regarding tickets, park operations, policies, and experiences. Assist with guest concerns and complaints. Resolve routine guest issues and escalate more serious situations to the Assistant Manager. Monitor guest satisfaction and identify recurring issues. Ensure the Customer Service team maintains a friendly and professional presence. Daily Operations Assist with opening and closing Customer Service operations. Monitor guest lines and wait times. Help adjust team assignments based on guest volume and operational needs. Keep Customer Service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Communicate operational issues to the Assistant Manager. Assist with ticketing, check-in, and other guest-service responsibilities as assigned. Safety & Policies Ensure team members follow safety procedures and company policies. Identify and communicate potential safety concerns. Assist with guest incidents and notify the Assistant Manager when appropriate. Lead by example in following all company standards. Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests. Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations. Dependable and willing to take initiative. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods. Able to work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift. Compensation $15.00 per hour This is an hourly Lead position with responsibility for supporting and directing the Customer Service team while working closely with the Assistant Manager.
