Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques are highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others in the kitchen as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
