Marietta, GA Job Details $16 - $26 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We are looking for a customer-focused and organized professional to join our team and help deliver an exceptional service experience. In this role, you will serve as a key connection point between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication, accurate repair order processing, and a smooth visit from start to finish. What You'll Do Welcome customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns and service needs. Write accurate repair orders and document requested services, symptoms, and vehicle history. Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and support proper diagnosis. Provide customers with clear updates on repair status, estimated completion times, and recommended services. Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a professional and helpful manner. Review invoices, explain completed work, and ensure customers understand the services performed. Coordinate service appointments and support efficient workflow within the service department. Handle questions, concerns, and follow-up communication with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate records and support warranty, recall, and maintenance processes as needed. Work closely with the service team to promote customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to explain automotive service recommendations clearly and confidently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes preferred. Comfort working with service software, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications. Professional demeanor and a team-oriented approach. Ability to manage customer expectations while maintaining a positive experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service, dealership, or repair shop environments. Experience in a customer-facing role with responsibility for appointments, estimates, or sales support. Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance intervals, and common repair procedures.
