Project Manager ???? Duluth, Georgia - Onsite We're currently partnering with a growing organization seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while also supporting operational and planning functions across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing customer orders and order entry within SAP
• Supporting invoicing and customer account activities
• Assisting with forecasting, planning, and inventory coordination
• Communicating with customers regarding order status, timelines, and updates
• Partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintaining accurate customer and order data within internal systems

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in customer service, customer care, order management, or inside sales support
• SAP experience

REQUIRED

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, or supply chain processes
