Customer Service Representative Pelham Loan Company - Pelham, GA Pelham Loan Company is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will build lasting customer relationships, originate and service consumer loans, collect payments, and deliver exceptional service every day. Just as important, you will help create a positive, energetic atmosphere where the team works hard and genuinely enjoys working together. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while helping customers meet their financial needs. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Assist customers with loan applications, renewals, and servicing. Conduct outbound collection and marketing calls to current and prospective customers. Process loan payments and cash transactions, and complete daily balancing accurately. Maintain customer accounts and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Perform data entry and keep customer records accurate and up to date. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Support day-to-day office operations, filing, and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, banking, finance, or lending is a strong plus. Friendly, dependable, and works well with others. Strong customer skills are a must. Must be able to pass a background check. We are licensed and regulated by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.
