In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Process transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper handling of payments. Provide product demonstrations and information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote store initiatives. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Assist in supervising staff when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A friendly demeanor with a strong desire to help customers succeed in their shopping experience.
