Skills Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus. Strong sales acumen with experience in client services or call center environments. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and effective communication. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills for daily operations. Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
