CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
The Customer Service department at our Limbs & Things, Inc. office in Savannah, GA plays a key role in the success of our organization by providing world class customer service, facilitating additional sales opportunities through our interactions with customers, and supporting management in accurate and timely book and record keeping. Under direction of the Financial Operations Director, the Customer Service Coordinator guides and supports the customer experience in a professional office setting. The daily role includes customer contact opportunities, entry level bookkeeping and sales support functions. The right candidate will excel at answering customer contacts via phone and email, quote, entry, order processing, precise record maintenance, problem solving and customer follow-up.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, delivering a professional and supportive service experience. Process customer quotes, orders, returns, and account updates accurately using ERP and CRM systems. Resolve customer queries and product issues promptly, ensuring effective follow-up and customer satisfaction. Support Regional Account Managers by assisting with customer enquiries, order updates, account research, and problem-solving activities. Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and administrative files, including support with accounts receivable and entry-level bookkeeping tasks. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance processes, service quality, and the overall customer experience. This summary covers the main responsibilities of the role. Bachelor Degree or at least 1 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting Entry level candidates with good computing skills and a natural talent for helping others are welcome to apply! Able to work on own initiative, keen to explore new ideas in the improvements of the department Enthusiastic team player
