Full-time, in-office at our Suwanee, GA location. Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift. This role is for you if... You enjoy working in a fun, positive, and professional environment where teamwork and laughter are part of the culture. You take pride in staying organized, taking initiative, and keeping things running smoothly. You welcome challenges, embrace constructive feedback, and continuously look for ways to improve. You value open communication, transparency, and working alongside dependable teammates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days are exactly alike. You love technology, appreciate the value of dual monitors, and enjoy finding ways to work smarter. You genuinely believe in GETTING to go to work rather than HAVING to go to work. You understand exactly what the previous statement means. You believe in treating others with kindness, respect, and professionalism. You are comfortable picking up the phone, taking ownership of client requests, and finding solutions—even when the unexpected happens. This role is NOT for you if... You prefer working alone rather than collaborating with a team. You view deadlines as suggestions or believe attention to detail is optional. You resist change, new technology, or learning better ways to work. You take constructive feedback personally or are uncomfortable having your work reviewed. You prefer being told what to do rather than taking initiative, solving problems, and owning your responsibilities. You avoid difficult calls, unexpected requests, or pitching in when a teammate needs help. You are unwilling to occasionally work additional hours during tax season or other critical deadlines. You thrive on workplace gossip, struggle to maintain a positive attitude, or aren't willing to work onsite in Suwanee, GA Deal Breakers (If these don't fly, don't apply) No eye-rollers! We value positive attitudes, mutual respect, and people who genuinely enjoy being part of a team. Team participation is a must. Attendance at our annual firm meetings and team events is an expectation, not an option. A sense of humor is required! We work hard, but we also love to laugh and have fun. Don't believe us? Check out our YouTube channel and see for yourself! What's Next? Still interested? Great! We'd love to hear from you! At Pro-Fi 20/20, we take our culture seriously. We believe the right fit matters just as much as the right qualifications. If you've read this far and thought, "This sounds like the perfect place for me!" then we encourage you to apply. You'll be joining a talented, driven, and supportive team that works hard, has fun, and genuinely enjoys what we do (well, as much as accountants can!). We challenge each other, celebrate successes, and believe there's always room to learn, grow, and get better. Sound like your kind of team? Apply today. We look forward to getting to know you! We appreciate the interest of all applicants. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. •
