Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch service appointments efficiently to maximize technician routes Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about service, maintenance, and installations Enter and maintain accurate customer records in scheduling/dispatch software Follow up on completed jobs, service agreements, and membership renewals Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep the day running smoothly Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
