Salary Range:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Great Customer Service Skills. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation. Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile. Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
