Seasonal Customer Service Operator (COOKIE-552) #HILO_INDEED Seeking Seasonal Mail Order Operators for a local confectionery company to assist their customers with placing orders. This is a great position to get your start in the customer service industry and make extra income for the holidays! If you're interested, apply now or call our Hilo office at (808) 935-4196. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, including weekends 7:30am-6:00pm (various shifts, part-time available)) Location Hilo, Big Island Pay $17 an hour Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries. Assist customers with placing mail orders. Provide exceptional customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service and 1 year of administrative experience required. Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed. Basic computer knowledge. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well with others and follow instructions. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
