Customer Service Dispatcher

Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team in a Dispatch/Customer Service capacity. This role is central to daily operations, acting as the connection point between customers and field technicians to ensure service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. What You'll Be Responsible For Manage incoming phone calls and shared inbox communications, gathering accurate details and addressing customer needs Coordinate and adjust daily service schedules to support technicians in the field Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding appointments, updates, and follow-ups Reach out to residential customers to schedule routine maintenance services Accurately enter and update customer information, service records, and work orders within the CRM system What Sets You Up for Success Effective time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard office platforms (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a customer service, dispatch, or coordination role Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based role Extended periods of sitting and computer use Occasional movement throughout the office, including stairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed If this position interests you, apply today!
