Service Advisor (107225) #KONA_INDEED Our client is on the lookout for a friendly and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join their team. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm Location Kailua-Kona, Big Island Pay $25 to $30 an hour, Based on Experience Responsibilities Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Review client and vehicle data before they arrive, when possible. Greet clients and gather vehicle information. Write up vehicle issues on repair orders. Ensure a thorough check-in process, including vehicle walk-arounds and presentations. Offer advice on car care and the benefits of maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer specs. Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts. Check on the progress of repair throughout the day. Maintain clear communication with both customers and technicians Inform clients about any changes in estimates or timelines and obtain their approval for any additional repairs. Ordering, tracking and stocking parts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and problem-solve. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
