This is a great opportunity! Good communication, organization skills, and customer service skills are needed for this position. Prior mechanical experience is helpful. Experience with Karmak/Decisiv is also a plus. High school degree or GED is required. This position does work some Saturdays.

Major job duties include:

Greeting customers and writing up the repair orders for the repairs needed Maintaining communication with customers and technicians regarding the status of their repairs Coordinating with the shop Foreman on scheduling service work Contacting customers for approval on additional work needed Reviewing and invoicing repair orders Enjoy competitive pay, while in a great work environment.
