Interstate Power Systems We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.Pay Range:
$28- 39/ hour DOE Service Advisors fulfill a critical role in our operations.
Job Duties:
Greet the customer and start the process of helping the customer through the repair Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or visual inspection Positive interface with technicians, foreman, parts department and customers Advise customers about necessary services needed for repair of vehicle Write and present accurate estimates of repair Explain the work and charges to the customer when the job is complete Accurately process customer and warranty repair orders Make calls to customers to promote services and promotions Organize and prioritize workflow of shop and field technicians Communicate with shift advisers as to work progress and priority Responsible for securing facility at close of shift Communicate regularly with technicians and customers to ensure customer turn times and customer experience is optimal Assist parts department with purchasing, work orders, etc. Administrative duties as related to the role Requirements forService Advisor:
High School Graduate Required Truck or Automotive Service Advising Experience preferred but not required Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities: Positive attitude Solid written and verbal communication skills including excellent customer service and phone skills Organized and able to manage time wisely The desire to succeed in a day-to-day challenging position Mechanical Experience Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Excede Operating System) Employee Benefits Competitive Wages- Be paid your worth!
