This role serves as a key point of contact for client account-related needs and is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring full compliance with applicable industry regulations and firm policies. Duties & Responsibilities Client Service Excellence Deliver responsive, professional, and accurate service to clients across all communications and interactions. Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a reliable resource for their account-related questions and requests. Coordinate client meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing communication in partnership with Financial Planners. Support clients with account access, transaction requests, and life-event needs such as estate and beneficiary matters. Internal Collaboration Work closely with Financial Planners, Operations staff, and the broader team to deliver a coordinated client experience. Communicate proactively with team members on status updates, open items, and process improvements. Provide back-up coverage and cross-functional support as needed, including for the Front Office Coordinator role and other Client Service Team Members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that reflects the firm's purpose, vision, and values. Operations & Account Maintenance Process account openings, transfers, distributions, and ongoing maintenance requests in accordance with firm policies, custodian procedures, and applicable industry regulations. Ensure required client documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained throughout the client lifecycle, following established recordkeeping and cybersecurity practices. Partner with custodians to resolve service issues, monitor alerts, and ensure timely, accurate completion of client requests. Handle client funds, account changes, and sensitive information with care. Maintain accurate, well-documented records in firm systems and leverage technology and workflow tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall client experience.
Skills and Experience:
Genuine commitment to delivering excellent service to both external clients and internal team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-ready tone. Must exhibit a professional attitude and demeanor. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks accurately. Integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information. Adaptable, curious, and open to learning new tools, technology, and processes. Collaborative team player who thrives in a small-firm, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, or communications or have applicable related experience 1+ years of experience in client service (preferably in the financial services industry with an independent registered investment advisory firm) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM , and document management
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay contingent upon experience. Visit www.nikulskifinancial.com to learn more.
