We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives I and II to work with our industrial and manufacturing companies to meet their technical product needs. We have positions in both Bettendorf, IA and Urbandale, IA. Level of position offered will be based on qualifications and experience. What will you be doing? Process incoming orders promptly and manage orders, as needed, through production, shipping and invoicing. Provide proactive status updates to customers regarding order changes or delays. Provide timely and efficient assistance to customers in resolving problems after shipment; including tracking shipments and deliveries, invoice disputes, and product returns. Provide technical product information to customers for all Nott products. Complexity will be based on level of position. Manage communication with customers in a clear and timely manner through email, phone, and other channels. Higher level CSRs will be responsible for owning the communication and relationship with key customer accounts helping to drive buisness growth. Prepare and deliver quotations for house account customers. Support outside sales representatives with the quotation process for standard products, as requested. Participate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety. Perform other duties as assigned What will you need to be successful? High school diploma or equivalent required. Business or technical degree preferred. Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting. Technical knowledge of at least one industrial product line (ex. power transmission, hose, and belting product lines) highly desired. Strong customer service skills Good technical aptitude Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize work. Knowledge and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office including Excel. Adaptable to change. Want to know more about the job?

Schedule:

Monday-Friday days. Overtime maybe required to support business needs

Compensation:

Base salary range $40,000-$57,000 per year. Please note that any pay range information provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of the posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Potential for profit participation payout each quarter based on company profitability.
