is looking for a dependable and customer focused 2nd Shift Service Writer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and a desire to help customers receive quality service.

The Service Writer will serve as an important connection between customers, technicians, and the service team by helping document customer needs, prepare service information, communicate updates, and support daily service operations. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Service Writer who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a hardworking service team. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with service-related questions and repair needs Write up service orders and accurately document customer concerns Communicate with technicians, service staff, and customers regarding repair status Help schedule and coordinate service work Enter customer, vehicle, and repair information into computer systems Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone Assist with service paperwork, estimates, invoices, and records Support the service department to help keep jobs organized and moving efficiently Represent ATC with professionalism, honesty, and a helpful attitude What We're Looking For Some mechanical aptitude or familiarity with vehicles, RVs, trailers, equipment, or repair services Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to enter accurate information Ability to stay organized in a busy service environment Dependable, professional, and team oriented Willingness to learn service processes and product knowledge Valid driver's license required Previous service writer, service advisor, parts, automotive, RV, trailer, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Schedule Pay:
